3970x overclocking, help?

I just finished watching linus's overclocking guide on the 3960x with the MSI board. I was wondering if i would take the same steps with the 3970x on a Rampage 4 motherboard, and if someone might have any tips on overclocking it. This is my first extreme build and was lucky enough to have quite a high budget. Anyway it all has custom watercooling and has the following:

Rampage 4 x79 motherboard

3970x SandyBridge extreme edition

32 gigs of G.Skill RipJawz 2133 ram

Geforce GTX 690 (liquid cooled aswell)

Both blocks on the gtx 690 and i7 are nickel ek waterblocks

xspc radiators (2, one triple and one double running in pull config)

Feser One cooling fluid

1200w corsair power supply

all bitfenix specter pro fans and in a cosmos 2 case
