GPU overclock not showing correctly

So I've dialled in a tasty overclock to my r9 270x, and its all applied and such and I've even restarted, but its showing core frequency stuck at 1020MHz while under max load.. Is this a glitch? Or am I just not doing this right?+

 

(The voltage limit is maxed out because I'm troubleshooting atm).
