GPU Decision Help

noahsheldon81

I am trying to decide on what GPU to get.

This PC will be used for simple web browsing, word and office, etc.

NOT GAMING OR HARD CORE PC

Just need a basic, yet good and reliable GPU that will get me a decent (720 or 1080) output at a decent hertz. Not some crappy GPU

Preferably Nvidia
Preferably 80 or less

This is the build so far.

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Why get a dedicated graphics card at all? The iGPU in your processor is pretty good on it's own.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

You're going to struggle to get anything decent for under $80 without going to the secondhand market.

Either try to find some extra budget, or stick with the integrated option on that Skylake CPU.

You can actually step down to an i3 Haswell and save a lot of money and use the iGPU. You don't need a quad core for any of the things you stated.
