Short answer is yes, as long as you have a screen and speakers or headphones you can see and hear them. You only need a camera and mic if you want to talk to them.

 

hey guys ,

my webcam is broken & i want to talk with my friends they cams are working .

can i see them even if i don't have a cam ?
