Question about OSX

Dkozak

Might be a stupid question but can I run OSX on my pc?

Specs:

- i7 4790K

- Gigabyte Z97x Gaming 3

- Sapphire HD 7950 Boost

- 16GB RAM

And is it hard to install or just make a bootable and install?

Those Specs are more then enough for OSX however you will need to check if your motherboard is compatible.

Luke did a video on it here:

Just follow the install part from Luke.

The motherboard is not a problem. I'm more worried about the GPU. Hackintosh are harder to make with AMD GPUs

Just another quick question, Since I don't have a Mac I downloaded a osx El Capitan from kat.cr. Am I able to update it etc? I know Apple doesn't use a key but I'm not sure if I will be able to update it.
