Which is the better earbud.

So I am looking at two pairs of headphones. I would appreciate help picking which on is better. These are the first pair. http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-RPHJE120S-In-Ear-Headphone-Silver/dp/B003EM800S

These seem to have very positive feedback but they look cheap. These are the second pair.http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0073XY5LC?vs=1# These are slightly more expensive but have lower feedback. I am also open suggestions. Thank you for your help.
