Laptop CPU's cant really be changed as they are normally soldered onto the motherboard.

If it's integrated, then it's probably soldered, and if it's soldered, it probably means it's not designed to be removed. That being said, if you know how to solder and de-solder and the laptop supports other CPUs, you can certainly put in another CPU.
