AI Suite not Installing.. HELP

I have been trying to get this problem to install to help with OC and controlling my fans.  When i go to click the installing it acts like its going to... and then nothing. 

 

I have googled it and tried several things. Like... making sure EVERY .exe is set to run as Admin. Running one problem.  Ended it in task manager and running the other half of the problem.  Nothing has worked so far.

 

 Anyone have any idea, or have you ran into this problem before? I am downloading it from the manufactor's page. 

 

Motherboard - Z97-AR ASUS

Chipset - Haswell

Southbridge Z97

BIOS Version 1204 

BIOS Date 06/20/14

 

Running WIN 10.

make sure you downloaded it from the right page. AI suite has different versions for different motherboards.

I wish I could give you my AI Suite. I never use it, but I don't want to disable "Run at startup" because reasons.
