EVGA OC ScannerX Problems

Now please don't tell me to use a different testing software, but I have EVGA OC ScannerX. I also have EVGA PrecisionX. My system has a Intel Core i5 6600K, 8GBs of RAM, and a EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SSC. The ScannerX app does work when I don't overclock my graphics card. However, when I overclock it just a little bit, and then when I hit test in the Precision, it freezes, when I open up ScannerX and hit run or benchmark, it freezes. And when I say freezes, it freezes the whole computer. What could be the problem?
