If it's a good SSD, the company has made a software for that specific SSD to show you that kind of info.

That data can be viewed by any diagnostic utility that gives you the S.M.A.R.T. data of the SSD. those drives usually come with a tool from the manufacturer that give you this info plus the overall condition of the drive and the amount of data written to the drive. 
What's the brand and model of the SSD?
