Can't decide between these two bulids

Honestly, it's more or less just "future-proofing" yourself if you go Skylake. I don't mean that in the performance sense, as much as the upgrade path sense. You won't really see any performance gains, however. Not unless you take advantage of the faster RAM with RAM-intensive software.
