I need some serious help

Ok so I have built my pc today and I was planning on setting upw indows on it today as well but I accidently formatted my 500gb hard drive so it is now split up into 440 and 60gb volumes and also "windows to usb" (the software for making windows setup bootable) does not recognise the usb drive, what do i do?

Make sure that the usb is the first thing in your boot order. (You can do that in your Bios)
