Win 10 stuck in reboot loop

Hey guys,

Today I restarted my rig and run into an issue with W10. after the boot logo instead of the lock screen the screen goes black then the boot logo appears again but the circle under it appears to be stuttering. Then it restarts then attempts to do the startup repair thingy then it tells me to restart then what I said endlessly repeats. I am running it on a 850 Evo. I installed a fresh install on my Intel 535 and it works fine. So it is not the hardware's fault. Any ideas how to fix? I really dont wanna reinstall my stuff again.

Aaaand safe mode doesnt work?

Theory is when you know everything but nothing works. Practice is when everything works but you dont know why. In this computer, theory and practice are combined: Nothing works and i dont know why.

 

Atleast i can manage Some things, like my current OC personal best.
