Static problems with my headset?

My headset is Turtle Beach X12'S.... every time i scroll, or something moves on my screen such as opening up a new tab, i get this really annoying static sound...

how do i fix this.. also its plugged in at the back of my pc, audio and mic jack and usb

We need a full system spec INCLUDING attached peripheral devices. We also need to know if all drivers (including but not limited to audio) are installed and up to date.

 

Uncheck all audio enhancements on your playback device config, and turn off microphone boost in recording device config. We'll go from there.

i5 4690k cpu, asus r9 r90 gpu, 700w psu, 120gb ssd, 1tb hhd, 8gb ram, h97m anniversary mobo.

i have razer black widow expert edition 2014, razer abyssus 2014 mouse 

i know fuck all about my drivers
