gigabyte windforce led replace

ok so i've been wanting to do this for a while now but didn't really want to screw around with any of the hardware. basically i've got a black and red color scheme in my pc and the blue windforce LED is kind of off putting and i wanna change it to red. i recently remembered i saw a video on LTT where Luke put something over the LED to change the color. i cant't remember the name of the video so if you could post a link that'd be great. ;) any other tips that don't include taking off the LED and screwing with it are also appreciated.
