I am wondering recently i bought a new system but i've got 2 old monitours 1 is a VGA 1280x1024 and the main one is an hdmi lg flatron m1962d i think it is 1360x768 and even at 768p i cant max out some games's setting.I looked for benchmarks for far less powerful graphics cards which max out the game at 1080p and i was like wtf??? So i want to ask if it is because the monitours are old or its something else.

We need your full system specs to be able to help.

Did you try only using one monitor?

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.

Should be fine, quick question: on the back of your PC is the HDMI cable (or VGA or whatever you're using) plugged into the motherboard's video output or the graphics card's? (The motherboard's output will be near all the USB connectors, ethernet ports and so on, whereas the graphics card's output will be away from those and there will be a few of them grouped together)

Not very great. A  GT 730 is gonna have pretty poor gaming performance.

Gaming PCs:
Intel i7 4790k, EVGA GTX 980ti, NZXT H440
Intel i5 7600k, Asus GTX 970 DC Mini, Silverstone SG13B
HTPC: AMD Phenom II X6 1045t, EVGA GTX 770 FTW, Fractal Node 604

That doesn't seem different than what it should be. What kinda games are you trying to max out settings with?

Black ops III Assasin's creed syndicate Fallout 4 Witcher 3 and i'm having this weird issue with league where I am at 500+ fps and the screen freezes for a second but only wit

n league and also aren't these the 1080p results?

Resolution makes a difference, but from what I understand is it's not a linear relationship. You can't exactly count fps per pixel. There's a lot of factors at play like texture demand, post processing, GPU calculations, etc. Some games are just going to preform better than others. The 380 is a very decent card, but these are demanding games and I think you're expecting too much to completely max them out. Particularly Syndicate and Fallout 4 which have some optimization issues. As for screen freezing in online games, that's likely an internet connection thing.
