Is Intel's smart response technology shown by this video fully automatic?

Like you don't have to put programs in the cached portion for it to run fast.

TOTALLY DIFFERENT QUESTION
Also, If I play a 10gb game everyday and it is on a SSHD with 8gb of flash memory. How will the game play because not all of the game is on the 8gb with the rest in the hhd section
