Better Solution for changing volume

I have a Logitech 2.1 system for my PC. I currently use it for both my PC and my TV, but mostly my TV. My TV is mounted on the wall so sound is shit. Only issue with my setup is my TV remote does not change sound. I have to adjust it on the Logitech Speakers, which mean I have to get up out of bed to do it. The TV is hooked up to my Logitech System via RCA. I need to know if there are any good solutions for changing sound. 

 

For example I could buy a long ass RCA cable and move the speakers near my bed, like on my night stand. Are there any solutions that would be good?

Unless your TV has a option for "variable audio output" moving the speaker is probably your best bet. 

 

Another thing you could try is using a remote volume control that's normally used in car audio between the TV and speakers, would take two long pairs of RCA cables and a few RCA to 3.5mm adapters.
