Mac and PC synchronization

I have my custom rig and its on dual boot for OS X 10.11 and Windows 10. I love Mac, but I want to game. Windows is great, I might do some work here and there but I really cannot choose between the two right now. I have an extra external 1tb hard drive that I plan to use for files and such between the two. But that's it. Does anyone know of a software or some kind of cloud thing I can setup to have them run files to each other or is that too complicated?

Also Is there a way I can have the partition work in both OS's? Because I can't access the files from the Windows!

Format external hdd to exFAT.

I personally wouldn't have gone with a dualboot but with paralells instead (can run both Os'es at the same time.

I wiped my ssds, redid it, purchased parallels, and it works like a charm. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
