PC freezed once i boot

the pc freezes after like 2 minutes of being on then i restart and it works perfectly

 

well i changed my case(nzxt h440) , mobo (ud7-990x) and cooler (cooler master nepton 240m) like 4 months ago

 

its been like 2 months since i've had this problem reinstalled diferent versions of windows and it doesn't stop making me reboot after the freeze it has i don't know if its my ssd or the mobo

 

any help is apreciated thanks
