wifi

Go to solution Solved by mikat,

I am looking for a fairly cheap router than can hopefully saturate a 135 mpbs connection, and the house is veryy small so it does not need to e long range. i am currently using the router provided by the isp (TalkTalk, though we will be changing soon).

TP-LINK Archer C7 AC1750 is a great router

Well im not too sure about routers but i called my cable company and told them that there was problems with my ping and drops with my download speed. They told me to wait 2 days and then they sent a guy to come to my house. He came, said that there is problems is some of the old cables i was using. Then he said that he would let us have a free smart router and then he gave it to us for no charge at all. Now, my speeds are very consistent.

My point is that see if ur cable company can provide you a free (decent) router before going off and spending money on one.
