Rear usb ports stopped working

iAsuno

So i was in the middle of printing something and all my USB devices stopped except for my gamepad which was plugged in on the front USB ports. Warm boot didn't solve the issue and a cold boot after a few minutes got the ports back but stopped after a few seconds. Anybody got an idea on what happened?

Try opening the BIOS on your computer when you start up.  If your keyboard (plugged into one of the rear USB ports) still responds to commands, the issue is within Windows itself, and is likely a driver issue.

If the keyboard does not respond, the issue could be within the Motherboard which in that case you might be out of luck.  You can always get a USB expansion card if you need those ports.

Great idea! I will do that tomorrow since it's getting late here.
