IF it's possible, you would need to use a real low end GPU. And I would not buy this it looks extremely dodgy and if it would actually work well it wouldve been much more known.

Mah Build:  CPU: Intel i7-7700K COOLING: NZXT Kraken X52 GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1080 MOBO: Asus Strix Z270F RAM: 16GB GSKILL TridentZ RGB 3000 

CASE: In Win 303 STORAGE: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB, Seagate 1TB  SSHD PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750W

It is most likely to work.

But you would have to open it up, and take out the included wireless PCIe card. Then connect the PCIe cable from the GPU Dock to that slot.

This would mean your laptop should have to be open at all times and you would need a USB WiFi adapter.

You also need a PSU for this.
