What seemed to always solve Market/Play Store problems for me:

 

- Close Play Store (really close it, in the App Management menu)

- also close Google Play services and stuff you can find

- reboot

 

You can also try another simple thing, which is to remove your google account from your phone, reboot, and then log in again.
