New Computer Build

I plan on building a new computer for about $700 more or less. I'm going to play the latest games like CS:GO (Very High), CSS (Very High), Metro 2033 (Hightish), Crysis 3 (Medium), Minecraft (sometimes don't care about res), CoD (Very High), Dota 2 (High), Diablo 3 (High), might do some Witcher, most AAA Titles at okay settings.

AMD Phenom X4 965 (stock cooler might go for a Hyper 212 Evo)

Corsair Vengence 8gb (4gb x 2) 1600MHz

I should also point out im going to be using a single monitor at 1920 x 1080 but later I will be using 3 monitors and to coupe with the 5760 x 1080 I'm going to SLI two 660 Ti's

Looks pretty solid, I'm not sure if the HIVE PSUs are good, I'd go for something else there.

Agreed - I don't know if I'd be going with that PSU. Have a look at Corsair, Seasonic or Silverstone :)

Hive series is fine. With dual 660 Tis the Phenom II X4 965 might bottleneck, although it has a good amount of overclocking headroom and you have an upgrade path to the FX-83XX.
