Can Anyone Explain these SMART Categories?

Can anyone explain what Current, Worst and Threshold mean in SMART? Also, if you can explain the rows too that would be great. I can understand the simple ones like Power-On Hours, Spin up time etc.

the only thing worth monitoring in YOUR drive is the Write errors. 12 write errors so far as well as 111 failed load/unload cycles
