Need suggestion of RAMs(Kingston) to go with the i3 6100.Prefer 2x4gb ram.I'm not sure wheather to go for ddr3 or ddr4.

With ddr4 lowering in price, I'd reccomend getting some ddr4 ram.

 

EDIT: of course you can go with ddr3-l ram but I think you'l get the most out of ddr4

i would recommend single stick of 8gb. any model will do, value ram is enough, hyperx for looks.

Just get value DDR4

 

Intel strongly suggest consumers to avoid using Skylake processors with DDR3, as the higher voltage can damage the memory controller.

 

Keep in mind there are no motherboards that accept both DDR3 and DDR4

confused? get some basic ddr4 valueram. unless u want to switch to an older cpu.
