Gaming FPS

I just want to ask how can I improve my gaming experience? I feel that my PC lags or not that smooth when playing games at ultra. My FPS usually hangs around 32 - 60 fps is this a playable frame rate or i can improve it better? 

 

I am playing Rainbow Six Siege and Fallout 4.. kindly advice me thanks! 

 

Here are my pc specs

 

Intel i5 6600k 3.5ghz (overclocked using msi bios to 4.1ghz) 

Vengeance LPX 2400mhz 16 gig (2x8gig kit)

MSI gaming PRO z170a

MSI R9 380 4 Gig (Overclocked using MSI afterburner from core frequency of 950 to 1015mhz)

Samsung 850 EVO 120GB 

Seagate 7200pm 1Tb

Corsair H110i GTX radiator cooler

 

 

I'm not so sure about overclocking as well..

Lower the settings a bit.

 

I pretty much don't play games unless I'm getting at least 60fps on them.

Well, maybe not playing at ULTRA settings all the time can help..

If it feels smooth to you th end go with that, don't let other people's opinions heavily influence yours. You can always turn down setting a bit and sit further back

This could be thermal throttling, try monitoring your temperatures in soemthing like HWmonitor or CAM to see your temperatures.

 

EDIT: nvm, just saw your cooler. I think you should have spent money on better cpu or gpu instead of such a high end cooler but whatever
