Windows 10 Mouse Problems

Hi. I have been having a lot of problems lately with my mouse(Corsair M65), i thought it was a hardware issue and tried switching mouses but still got the same results and think its something with the OS. Whenever i start up a game (usually CS:GO) my mouse acts up and i cannot hold left and only can tap shoot, but my right mouse click works perfectly. Even after closing the game my left hold click stops working until i restart my PC and the problem repeats. I have tried switching mouses, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, and updated everything referring to mouses. Any help will be much appreciated thanks!
