fallout 4 doesnt really require a lot of power, if you are looking into pre-built http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8529716 is an alright one, maybe add a r9 290 and hyper 212 evo heatsink to it, but i would suggest making your own, just watch a linus video-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4xDfEOGONw

Still over but, I wouldn't go less unless you go for an i3.

What you've suggested is hardly a $1000 build.

Realistically, what is your budget? Because you're not going to get much with $1000 NZD.

I can't really find anything better on the NZ pcpartpicker.

I didn't see that on there.

That ultimately adds up to ~$110 in NZD, also have to account for shipping, which would end up at around maybe $130.

You're missing the point, lol. The OP lives in NZ so the prices vary a lot.

If you haven't built it yet, you're gunna end up with a really terrible PC if you keep the motherboard and processor.
