Don't get the 950. I know it looks fast, but you won't notice it except in very specific tasks.

-Get windows 7 or 8 for cheaper and do the free upgrade to windows 10

-buy some extra fans

-you could do 2k really op for 1080p

-i recomend corsair h100i for water cooling

Just get a SATA III interfaced one. PCIe SSD' s take longer to boot (PCI lane initialization) and application loading times are unnoticeably different from a 550MB/s read to 2.5GB/s read. Only useful in large sequential read/writes.

Yeah with a cheap case like that the fans are most likely not too good ones and will be loud and weak for the op build you have, get 3 120 corsair fans or some variation
