100c for 4770k !!

Hello,

ive built my pc 2 months ago and it was fine nice temps underload and every thing was alright but 2 days ago i was playing a game and the pc freeze i rseted the pc and checkd the temps i got 95-100c with 3.6% cpu usage !!!

i turned it off and turn it again after 1 hour and the temps went back same thing happend yesterday too so i turned of oc gene but today it comes rapidly and so im here 

specs :

cpu ; i7-4770k 

cpu cooler : swiftech h220 with Corsair  sp120 on full speed 

mobo : msi z87-gd65 bios virsion : V1.1 4/26/2013

psu : seasonic x1050 

i tried waiting and see what happens to the temps after some time some strange sound came out and he temps went back
