550ti dilemma...

Greetings! I have a 550ti currently in my old rig, but once I build my new computer I am stuck with a dilemma. Should I upgrade now for a gigabyte 7850 2gb w/ 2 games OR hold off until the end of the year, and buy one of the new gpus? Right now I am only wanting to spend 200 bucks max on this generation of gpus, but would be willing to go into the 300-400 range for the next generation if it will last me many years... Thank you guys for your input. Oh, and if I wait I would be looking at the nvidia 700 series of cards.

Thanks guys for the input! I will save up for the 770 or 760ti. =) It will give a chance to see how much my current computer bottlenecked my gpu, with putting it in my new computer.
