Laptop under $500 for HER!

I want a good enough laptop for my sister under $500. Main stuff: browsing, office work, watching movies, basic browser-games and she loves The Sims 3. I want a laptop that will run The Sims 3 good enough at any resolution 720p is enough. Any ideas? Also she'll probably buy The Sims 4 as well.

Good one, awesome price! I was thinking about some i3 lappy with 4gigs of ram and 1gb dedicated gpu gt series or smth

 

Dedicated GPUs are a bit difficult to find in the price range. Newegg just had a Lenovo on sale with an A8 Richland APU and a 2GB 8570M dedicated graphics chip for $479, but now it's $579.
