So I am redoing my entire loop.

Before I was using Fesser blood red uv liquid.

But this stuff put some gunk in my blocks.

Flushed it with distilled water 5 times, afterward removed all fittings and filled em up and shaked it for a while.

The Cpu block ended up having some gunk in it.

But the last 3 flushes nothing came out anymore.

Gpu and pump didn't have anything coming out.

Can't see anything nasty in either of the blocks anymore either.

So now I am wondering if I need to dissasembled the Cpu and gpu blocks.

Never did it before since I replaced the blocks before I needed to.

And if I need to do it do I need to get new gaskets or can I reuse the old ones.

Cpu is a ekwb supremacy block gpu is a ekwb full cover block.

Thanks

You should be able to reuse the gaskets unless you have any reason to believe they're compromised. If you think you need new gaskets, you can contact EK's support to see about getting some more.

If you think you need to clean the blocks, here's what EK recommends: https://ekwb.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205235541-How-to-clean-water-blocks- If you have nickel-plated blocks, I recommend using Mothers California Gold Metal Polish to polish the blocks.

I think they are clean. But with that gunk coming out of the Cpu block I am unsure what to think of it.

Just don't want to end up with crap in my loop. Since I going for clear liquid.

Noticed the gasket replacement on ekwb for the Cpu.

The gpu however I didn't find anything about.

I'll probably let it run for a few hours.

Maybe put some heated destiled water on the rez and see if there is anything in it.

If so I'll open it up, assuming I can find something on the gpu block.
