it's a fairly new card with a custom PCB which is probably why a block doesn't exist, but because of it's nature i wouldn't be too surprised if EK has a block in the works.

EDIT: apparently no, and it's not going to happen: (from EK's site)

Sorry, we have no plans to make any waterblocks for this position. Thank you.

If you don't care about silence, why don't you use a more aggressive fan profile? You don't need to watercool to achieve your max overclock, not with a stock bios.

However, if you want to use more voltage with a custom bios, then watercooling is the way to go

There are other companies...

but them having proper full cover blocks that EK doesn't is extremely rare if it has ever occured.

i remember alphacool at least did a thing (I'm pretty sure they stopped doing it) where if they haven't made a block for a card, you can/could send it in and have them make a block for it. (you'd get the block for free, and everyone else would have access to it, but have to pay for it)

however: Only the GPU itself was water-cooled everything else was passively cooled by the heat-sink that made up the rest of the block.

I have a computer with those specs:

I plan on overclocking and I dont care about silence, I am looking to custom watercool these, but I cant find fullcover GPU blocks, do they exist?

Push comes to shove you can talk to a company about creating a custom full-cover block for you. Koolance I know can do OEM quotes, and others might. You're going to pay a premium doing that, though, and the price might be one you're not willing to accept. It's one of the downsides with custom PCBs like the cards you have, which is why most who plan to water cool their systems tend to stick to reference cards. If you're open to it, you can always try to sell your cards and buy reference 980Tis, which will open up your full-cover block prospects, or you can see if a company is willing to custom make a block for you.
