GTX 760 Driver problem?

Fresh install of windows 7 ultimate, worked perfectly without any drivers but after i downloaded the drivers from nvidia this happens

Without any drivers in device manager my gpu wasnt there, it was something like vga adapter.

I tried GTX 260 and it works without any problems, my warranty is voided so i cannot RMA it. Can anyone give me any idea of what the problem is and if so can someone give me instructions on how to fix it.

Your card may be fucked up, have you flashed a custom bios or anything like that?
