New build for gaming

I was thinking about building a new gaming computer. I picked some parts but want to know what you guys would change!

Amd build:

CPU: FX-4170 4,2GHz 12MB 4-core

Mobo: Asus M5A97 LE R2,0

GPU: MSI AMD Radeon HD 7850 Power Edition 2BG GDDR5

Power: Corsair 600W CX V2 Builder Series

Memory: Kingston HyperX 2x2GB, DDR3 1600MHz, CL9

Case: Bitfenix Shinobi USB3.0

Storage: WD 500GB Caviar Blue

Cooling: Antec Kuhler H2O 620 V4

Intel build:

CPU: Intel Ivy Bridge i3-3220 3,3GHz 3MB

Mobo: AsRock Z77 Pro3

GPU: EVGA GTX 660 SuperClocked 2GB GDDR5

Power: Corsair 600W CX V2 Builder Series

Memory: Corsair 2x2GB DDR3 1600MHz 9-9-9-24 (CMX4GX3M2A1600C9)

Case: BitFenix Shinobi USB3.0

Storage: WD 500GB Caviar Blue

Cant choose which one i should build.. Any suggestions? Both prices are around 800-850€

OS: Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium

CD/DVD: Samsung

Amd build should OC quite well, but the Intel build will be more stable.

Please leave me suggestions and help me make these builds better! Price can't go over 850€

If it was only thoes I would go with Intel. Although I would save up a little more, and actualy for $650 you could have an epic i5 build. Go with 8 gigs of RAM at LEAST for gaming also a bigger hard drive along with an ssd is never bad.

I can never tell what the difference between pounds and euros were... I'm assuming it's euros?

If that equates to $1130 US dollars... then you could get a 3570k, 7870, an ssd and more for under $1200. (900 euros ish)

Forgot to mention that im doing this build in Finland, so hardware is quite expensive... And yeah were talking €uros.

Personally I'd go with the AMD setup. AMD tends to offer more performance for a cheaper price than the Intel equivalent. My only point of change would be look into a Seagate Barracuda - I've had bad experiences with WD Blue's both in terms of speed and reliability.

Is 8GB of RAM a must have on gaming? Thought i could get by with 4GB?

You can go for 4GB and probably be fine but considering the price delta most people go for 8 straight away.
