So I just bought a ViewMax nVidia gt 720 (Link: http://goo.gl/G4Vtrk ), and it doesnt work at all.  I've gotten support from the forums and nothing worked out so, i'm returning it.  While returning it, I will also be selling my old computer for about $175 cash.  I have already $25 cash on me now.  With this I can go to my local store, get a reloadable gift card, and buy a new graphics card.  My only issue, which card should i get??  My maximum money being spent on this card is 150-175 US Dollars.

Here is a link to every card I am considering, and if you suggest any others, drop its name and a link below!

That's about all the good ones I found, let me know which one to get!

This.

Upgrade GPU/MOBO later. Just don't overclock.

Risky. His PSU can't really handle a 960/380 100% safely

Not because of bottlenecks but because the W1 are HORRIBLE PSUs. His 860K can drive a 290 fine

What? Ofc it can. It's a quality product from EVGA and a good budget unit. It can give the required wattage and keep it safe.

It's an awful PSU made by Compucase and sold by EVGA. Poor voltage stability, cheap chinese components, bad ripple suppression. Not a solid PSU at all.
