Does it come with never settle reloaded?

I know your supposed to choose from 3 out of 9 games, but it never mentions that on the page! So does it come with a never settle code? Or what?

Yes also do you guys recommend this card, I can't wait for the 9xxx series as the new 9950 will almost DEFIANTLY be more expensive, and I can't wait anymore, plus price slashes in the 7950 are probably final as it is competing with 760 in price, but beats it in EVERY other aspect!
