In the link above, Linus said it's optimal to have the cache ratio 1:1 with cpu. My question is why did he key in 10 when later in the video he managed to get 4.7 GHz. Shouldn't the cache ratio be 47 then? Please enlighten me, thanks.  :D

Seems to me he was just fiddling with it randomly there He meant that it should be changed from auto but not to change it to 10 per se.
