I need help coming up with a "budget rig" for my relative. He already have an ATX case and GPU. I need to figure out how to maximize the rest of the $600. Any suggestions. It will be used for gaming and a bit of Photoshop.

No clue what the case is. All I know is that it supports ATX and mATX boards, has 3 5.5" drive bays and more than 5 3.5" drive bays. GPU is a GTX 670
