Cheap Windows 7/8

I'm trying to get a new copy of winblows for my new build and I can't find any keys for less than like $70.  I don't care if it is 7 or 8 since I will upgrade to 10 right away.  Pirating is not an option since I use university internet.  Where can I find a key for less than $50?

I bought windows 8.1 Pro from microsoft for $70. I would rather buy from a trustworthy source then save a few bucks with some shoddy website.
