Head Phone Equalizer Help

I need help with equalizer settings for my headset. I have the Bose QC15. Its not built for gaming but i still want to make the best out of it. I just need help with some equalizer settings to make it sound better on realtek. Some settings for FPS, RPGS and stuff like that would be appreciated. Thank you .

Equalizers will only help if the headphones won't distort and you're getting the sound you want. I don't have experience with Bose headphones and an equalizer so hope you can find something you like.

Do you have an equalizer and are just asking for settings, or do you need an equalizer?

I wouldn't bother with equalizer unless you know what the headphone is lacking, and there's no specific eq settings for a game genre.

Well if you have experience with a good equalizer and know good settings for that one, I would love to have those settings. But right now im use the default realtek equalizer.

If you have good headphones for the sound you want, you shouldn't need an EQ. Those Bose headphones have a warm type of sound signature if I recall correctly, so they have an okay response for games (not the best but they're average).

I recommend just getting different headphones instead of EQ'ing your headphones to death for the sound you want.

I just got these so that's not gonna happen . I could always return it though. I like these since they look like they could be used in public without looking like a weirdo.

Whatever floats your boat. I recommend returning them and just getting some cheap (but good) Sennheiser earbuds for public use and some good headphones for home/gaming.
