HTML Embeddable, Automatic, PDF Sharing Solution?

I'm volunteering at a nonprofit organization that generates a PDF every week that needs to go up on their website.

If we could automate this process we could cut down on how many people need training and access to editing the website.

There's lots of services that upload and host files automatically, but none of them will allow us to also make them fully public and embed them on our website.

Suggestions?
