Very Weird Underperforming

A while ago I noticed that I've not been getting the performance I expect out of my system, today I ran some benchmarks.

 

Passmark was the first thing I tried, which gave me significantly lower readings than their provided GTX 980 data, but with some help from this forum I decided it was just Passmark being Passmark.

 

Afterwards I tried Heaven, which gave me similar but slightly lower results than someone with a similar setup than mine.

 

Finally I tried 3DMark, and it gave me really low results?

 

I looked up a benchmark of an identical GPU CPU setup as mine, and the difference is really big!

its likely thermals or just the xeon acting up, as with your physics test its so  much worse.  run the test again and watch your cpu temperature

Does CPU-Z have CPU temperature features?

id say use something like the nzxt CAM or open hardware monitor
