Boot Manager Priority

My PC won't boot if i set in bios my intel SSD on the top of the list ( i mean first boot device). When the first is boot manager and second is SSD it is okay but my pc boot much slower (around 25 seconds) ( again mean it like the first "device?!" is boot manager and then is my SSD) is it normal ? Couse normaly i have just move my boot device to the top of the bootthings and it was okay

Windows Boot Manager should be at the top of the list. Its required when you use a GPT partitioning scheme (what you should be using).
