I'm looking for suggestions of a relatively cheap CPU waterblock compatible with LGA1150 in order to cool my 4690k, doesn't need to look too flash but something plain black or with a metallic finish would be nice. Thanks.

Everyone says Hyper 212 Evo, don't see anything wrong with it, however mounting system is a bit clunky

Hahahaha, I'm really not too sure as I haven't chosen the other components of my loop yet but pretty much as cheap as possible without risks or terribly hindered performance.

AlphaCool's blocks are fairly reliable and work pretty well. Phobya's blocks are similar to AlphaCool's blocks as well. In both instances, though, you'll want to be a little careful when tubing up or you can damage the threads, but if you stick to 3/8"x1/2" (10mmx13mm) tubing that is reasonably flexible (I recently used Tygon in a build and like how easy it is to use), you should be fine.
