Need Help Moving "System Reserved" Partition

So obviously I'm smart enough to know that should've just removed my HDD while installing Windows so that the partition would be on my SSD but I was to lazy. Anyway, now I'm trying to mess around with different raid configurations on my two 1TB WD's and I want to move over my system reserved partition to my SSD to be safe. This is what my disk management looks like now-

I've tried using Macrium Reflect to mirror the 500MB partition over to an empty 500MB partition on the SSD but it won't work. What do I do now?

Thanks :)

(reinstalling windows is not an option)

Im pretty sure its impossible within windows, did you try any of the bootable linux options?

The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?
