I was thinking of getting a reference card for the looks but then learned it was not really good, normal PCB bad cooling etc so I was searching for a nice looking card and found this 770 PNY. Is PNY good or I should opt for like Gigabyte? Card in question http://ncix.ca/products/?sku=84379&vpn=VCGGTX7702XPB&manufacture=PNY%20Technologies%20Inc&promoid=1190

they seem to get the reference design first, as every time a new nvidia gpu rolls around they're the first to put it to market.

Don't forget they are the nvidia board partner for quadro in north america.

They're good and cheap. I have a GT 620 from them and I am able to overclock it all the way from 700 MHz to 900 MHz. But, the cheap cooler cut me. This is not a problem with higher end cards, though.

I've had a PNY Geforce 4 Ti4400 and a PNY GTX 280, they ran fine.

Here is PNY's warranty info: http://www3.pny.com/support/support_landing_cat.aspx?SectionID=1113

Read it carefully to be sure you like the terms.

They are def good, a lot of people are just turned off by their color scheme. =(

But they were one of the first to release a 1Ghz GTX 780 and have a aftermarket cooler.
